If you are in need of renting a property in the area you require, please simply complete our on-line registration form and give us as many details as possible about you and the type of residence you require.  We will get back to you as soon as a property is available.  Or alternatively gives us a call.  The more you provide the details about yourself, the easier for us to find a property very quickly for you.

Once we have your details, we will start searching our data base for a suitable property.  Our website is updated regularly so that you can view our wide range of properties at your convenient time.  As soon as we find a property for you which meet your preference, we will arrange a viewing time to suit your convenient time which can be either weekdays or weekends.  We will meet you at the property site or make an arrangement with the landlord who will show you the property.

As soon as we have the property that suits your requirements, and you agree to rent the property, we will give you the terms and conditions and other formalities to be filled and completed by you.  Please note that acceptance of any offers is subject to contract, satisfactory references and receipt of the rent payment and deposit.  We will ensure that your deposits are protected as required by the legislation act.
